Description

One of the largest land snails, the undisputed giants Archachatina marginata ovum XXL, in the color variety standard.

 The matte shell does not have a uniform color scheme – it presents a scale from yellow, orange, brown to black colors and their shades of varying intensity and saturation. The background of the shell is densely dotted with distinct stripes, zigzags and spots. The stripes, zigzags and spots are sometimes so densely distributed that they can almost completely cover the corporeal coil of the shell and give it a deep orange-brown color or significantly darken the shell to intense brown-black shades.
